All fees are exclusive of VAT.

  • Payment must be made at the time of booking via PayPal
  • Any changes to the booking should be notified (call us on 0121 758 5013 or email training@fostertalk.org) as soon as possible and no longer than 7 days before the course date.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling charges apply as follows:

Number of days before course date: Charges payable:
Less than 4 weeks prior For cancellation: 50% of total cost of your booking
For reschedule: 20% of total cost of your booking (admin fee)
  • Please note should you wish to cancel a your booking, you must do so four weeks prior to the course date. Cancellations made less than four weeks up to the date of training will be invoiced. As we are in unpredictable times in relation to COVID19, training courses could be affected/cancelled at short notice and therefore any training would be postponed until a further date and you would be advised accordingly.
  • We are flexible when needing to reschedule training however we charge an admin fee if we are not notified of change 4 weeks prior to your booking.
