BACK TO NEWSThe Office for National Statistics (ONS) has published estimates of the prevalence and nature of online bullying among children for the year ending March 2020 using data from the 10- to 15-year-olds’ Crime Survey for England and Wales (CSEW). Figures show that: around one in five (19%) of children aged 10 to 15 years experienced at least one type of online bullying behaviour, equivalent to 764,000 children; and nearly three out of four children (72%) who had experienced an online bullying behaviour experienced at least some of it at school or during school time.
