ALLEGATION SUPPORT TEAM (AST)

INDEPENDENT SUPPORT SELF-REFERRAL FORM FOR CARERS:
If you are subject to an allegation, standards of care concern or complaint investigation you may be entitled to Independent Support.
FosterTalk can accept self-referrals for Independent Support by foster carers and kinship carers from the following services only:
Manchester City Council, Worcestershire County Council and Newcastle City Council

Please note; unless your fostering service is listed above, we will be unable to process the referral.
Please instead call the Allegation Support Team on 0121 758 5013 (select option 2) to discuss with a member of the team.
Alternatively, you can ask your fostering service directly to make a referral on your behalf by visiting: Allegations Referral Form for Organisations
