INDEPENDENT SUPPORT SELF-REFERRAL FORM FOR CARERS:
If you are subject to an allegation, standards of care concern or complaint investigation you may be entitled to Independent Support.
FosterTalk can accept self-referrals for Independent Support by foster carers and kinship carers from the following services only:
Manchester City Council, Worcestershire County Council and Newcastle City Council
