BACK TO NEWSChildren’s rights charity Article 39 has been granted an appeal following an unsuccessful judicial review over children’s social care exemptions introduced by the government amid the Covid-19 pandemic. The charity has today been granted an expedited appeal over the DfE’s failure to consult the commissioner with Court of Appeal judge Lady Justice Macur saying it has a “real prospect of success.”
