One way that we've previously shown this is with our annual FosterTalk Awards. This has always been a very popular event, but it's always incredibly difficult to select just one winner in each category as every nomination is worthy of recognition. We've rethought how we can acknowledge the incredible work that you all do and want this to be a more regular acknowledgment throughout the year.

The new FosterTalk Spotlight Awards will be a monthly award with one winner who will be announced in our newsletter "You're Not Home Alone" and will receive a £50 One4All voucher.
